Before founding Brezonik Consulting in 2006, Lisa Brezonik spent two decades in the corporate arena as a leader in human resources and management. She served as Chief Administrative Officer and Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Communications & Diversity at RBC Dain Rauscher, and held senior positions in the healthcare, medical device, and retail industries.
As the owner and founder of Brezonik Consulting, Lisa sets the firm’s direction, coaches and consults with clients, and ensures each client engagement is staffed with the right resources for the job. Lisa’s set of trusted collaborators include experts in coaching, compensation, recruiting, and design.
Lisa completed her undergraduate work at the University of Minnesota in Psychology and her graduate studies at the University of St. Thomas in Human Resources Development. She’s a trained Co-Active Coach with the Coaches Training Institute, and is experienced and certified in several organizational assessments like CPI, Hogan, MBTI, and StrengthsFinder.
In addition to her professional endeavors, Lisa serves on the Board of Directors for the Ann Bancroft Foundation. She has served on the Board of Directors for the Jeremiah Program, the Minnesota Employment Law Council, and the Securities and Industry Association’s Human Resources Committee. When she’s not helping current and future leaders navigate professional change, Lisa spends time enjoying her Minneapolis neighborhood with her husband and children.
